The default list of statuses are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 &#8211; Applicant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 &#8211; Current<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2b &#8211; Leaving<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 &#8211; Former<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>X &#8211; Refused<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This list can be added to as necessary but the new values will need something also entering into the Description field. This allows the system to know if a status is classes as being used for Applicant, Current, or Former pupils:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>0 &#8211; Applicant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 &#8211; Current<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>-1 &#8211; Former<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>X &#8211; Unmapped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The statuses can be edited either in Pupils > Pupil Configuration > Pupil Statuses, or in Control Panel > Lists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Pupil Status field allows the system to know at what point a pupil is in their journey with you.
