In order to add a new Consent Register, go to Consent Registers > Consent Register Configuration, and click Add.

When adding a new register, the description field can be used to show more information about that register. This will show to people completing the enquiry form and can be useful for showing policies etc.

You can choose to allow a register on a form or not. Registers marked as being allowed on forms will not automatically appear but will show for selection when editing or creating new forms.

Any register chosen for a form will be a requirement on that form before being able to submit a response.

Registers can be disabled to prevent them from showing on forms or from showing on the landing page. This will keep their pupil responses and is an alternative to deleting the register.
