The system keeps a track of all emails to have been sent out from the system, not just those sent via bulk email to pupil contacts but also those automatically generated or on demand (such as password reset emails)
The email log can be found in Control Panel > Email Log & Configuration. This list cannot be filtered currently.
Event History #
You can view an email event history by clicking on an email in the list. This will show if an email has been delivered, opened, or a link clicked in from the email. This same view is available within the Comms. History tab within a pupil record, showing the emails that have been sent to contacts of that pupil.
